SHIPPING POLICY

At Trendtrek Ventures, we offer nationwide delivery using reliable shipping partners, who typically make two to three delivery attempts. If a delivery is unsuccessful, we advise reaching out to us to schedule a new delivery time.

 

Please be aware that we do not dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays due to the non-availability of our logistics partners. If a product is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot issue a refund for the purchase amount and will not be held liable for the error.

 

Delivery Timeline

 

Domestic orders usually arrive within three to eight (3-8) business days, depending on the destination.

 

Partial Shipments

 

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability and shipping locations. To ensure secure delivery, items may be sent in separate packages, which may arrive on different days.

 

Address Modifications

 

Once your order has been placed, we cannot change the delivery address. However, if you need to update your address, please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to assist.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders can be canceled as long as they haven't been processed for shipment. Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of order placement. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund and a confirmation email. Please note, orders labeled "Ready to Ship" cannot be canceled, as they are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of order placement.
